Co-founder of Omnidermal Biomedics, has focused his research background in the development of neural networks and neuromorphic systems for biomedical purposes. Moreover he detains a two year experience as business control manager fo one of the largest hospital grups in Italy. Dr. Secco holds a Ph.D in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and an MBA from the Collège des Ingénieurs (CDI).
